WHAT IS A MASTERPLAN?
For us the masterplan is a tool for analyzing and planning urban spaces. It aims to draw the attention to the multi-dimensional processes of urban transformation: how can we make it easier to understand its language? What tools do we need to enhance its power? How can we update databases and keep them to a consistent level of functionality?
